- 1 / 5By Carrie SextonI requested a very small cake that resembled a Reese's cup. I asked them three times if it was possible to make and was assured it was. I requested a simple birthday greeting to be written on it as well. When I arrived for pick-up, I was informed that the cake couldn't be done as requested and the message on the cake was not what I requested. The lady also had an attitude like she could care less. As I waited for the cake to come out, I learned that they also screwed up someone else's cake. I won't be a repeat customer.March 02, 2017

- 2 / 5By Rachelle KnoblochEverything is NOT made from scratch! Ordered a cake for bosses birthdays and paid $26 for a boxed carrot cake mix. Spoke to Earl and he was proud of the fact that he "has not changed a thing" since he purchased in July 2015 and admitted that not all are made from scratch.....VERY DISAPPOINTED since we have fond memories of delicious scratch made delights.
Overpriced and overrated! I'll take my chances on City Bakery next time.
